3D Model: First we start by developing your design into a detailed 3D model. This can be a very useful for design review and as a presentation tool in its own right. This also allows the client to review the model before more advanced techniques are used for rendering.

Schematic Animation: The 3D model can be quickly animated to explore the design. This particular example shows the progression from schematic through to detailed design.

Renderings: The model can be rendered photorealistically and combined with existing site photographs to create photorealistic photomontages.

Elevations, Sections, Plans, and Perspectives: A variety of orthographic and perspective views can be rendered for a variety of applications including design review, site plan approval, costing, presentation, and approval documentation. The applications are almost to many to list.

Animations:
Walkthrough animations, VRs and other animation capture the design in a way that can't be surpassed by other techniques.
